I was next door at Marina music with some time to kill. Went next door to this place. Ordered a burger and a drink. I was just hungry, no expectations. Wow. What a meaty, juicy burger. I bought a few extra and took them to my office. Everyone agreed that these are serious burgers. Coming back soon to try other menu items.

Classic style diner with good selection of burgers and subs. Real traditional American vibe. Friendly staff and plenty of seating. They been in the business forever and keep on delivering same good quality.

This a great neighborhood burger joint. We usually get the jalapeno bacon burger and the pastrami burger. These burgers are hefty and packed with flavor. Their fries are nicely crispy and not soggy sad things. Their menu is pretty extensive, but definitely come for the burgers.

We ordered a Salid Also beef and chicken teriyaki with vegetables. Great portions the salad is similar to an anti-pasta salad with ham and cheese, etc. can't beat the submarine. They also have great Philly cheesesteaks and hamburgers have been going to this place for over 40 years. Great food.

Individualized & friendly service in regards to food choices. Same subs recipe from back in the '60s-----the best!

I have been looking for a great Philly for a while now and this place does it right. "Best" Philly label is quite accurate. Comes with mayo, tomatoes, bell peppers, lettuce and tomatoes. Service was good, assuming it was the owners they were nice and remembered my extra condiment request.

This has to be one of Westchester's hidden gem. The food here is amazing. After finding this on Yelp, I decided to try it. To my surprise, when I walked in, I was greeted by the owners. They're a mom and pop Korean couple, but it looks like they become accustomed to making great philly cheesesteak sandwiches. I ended up ordering the Western Bacon Cheeseburger combo, and it was delicious. The onion rings were crunchy, the bacon was crispy, the cheese melted and was nice and gooey. The fries were seasoned well. The burger was still hot, I can see steam coming out with every bite. Not only does this serve good food, they also sell lotto tickets and scratchers! Next time you're in Westchester ordering wonderful food, grab a lotto ticket for a change to hit the jackpot as well. I'm keeping this place in mind and will have to add it to my restaurants on rotation.

I visited again the other day. I was craving a cheese steak sandwich, but have been trying to eat healthier, so I got the half sandwich and fries combo, substituting the fries with salad. It was just enough to satisfy my cravings.

Wow!! Talk about not judging a book by its cover!! Ok, so full disclosure...I have been driving past this place for the last 3 years and never felt inclined to try it. To me, it's always looked like a dying restaurant that has been there since the 1950's because it just isn't that pretty from the outside. But tonight, Boyfriend and I had both worked out super hard all day and when it came to dinner we just pretty much looked at each other and said "Don't wanna cook." So we started looking for sandwich places because we wanted to keep it kinda simple and cheap...and Submariner kept coming up. Decided to order takeout and oh my goodness!!! We were beyond happy!! The Philly cheesesteak and chicken cheesesteak were pretty legit!! Hot and fresh with delicious melty gooey cheese (And I'm a NY/NJ/PA girl so I know!!) and the crinkle cut fries were so delicious they tasted like they had that Red Robin crack-type seasoning sprinkled on them!! So excited to have this place near us!! Just sad it took so long to try it out!!
